   Got the special which was below par. Had to wait quite a while for any service even though there were mostly empty tables at first. Acoustics made it noisy so difficult to have a conversation. Would not go again.

   Great service! Nice management! Everybody made us feel at home and went out of their way to give us a good night! We love Acalpuco! It was a very good night!

   Made reservations, showed up at least ten minutes early. Waited 15-20 minutes pass our reservation time for a table. Waitress took for ever to come greet us. But, she did some service recovery after the fact. Food was decent but, need to be replenished, and clean plates needed to be set out.

   This was a great meal and served with a smile by Bernardo. He made sure we were well cared for and that we had plenty to eat and drink! A great asset for this restaurant, making everyone feel like family.

   As always, our server, Jose is extremely accommodating and always very helpful in describing the menu. He clarifies which type of sauce, dressing on the side, rocks, no salt, which really makes the meal so enjoyable to know he is concerned about our overall experience. And, the restaurant is running a few specials right now that we really enjoy!

   They really went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 16, even though only 11 attended. Their staff were incredibly communicative, confirming our reservation and ensuring our tables were ready before our scheduled time. Our specific table requests were also taken care of, and the staff remained friendly despite our energetic group. We had one server who handled our orders efficiently, with no issues or mistakes. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous for the price. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend! Will definitely return when in the area.

   Had a reservation at 8:15pm, was told it’s still 45min to an hour wait on top of my reservation. When we finally sat down we didn’t get any menus did get a drink order taken for 20 min. Once we ordered our drinks and food we waited over 35 minutes all we had was water and chips so we picked up our things and left because our movie was starting at 10pm. Probably won’t be coming back here.

    Had to wait a hour and had a reservation lol Like we weren’t upset until it got to the hour point. But like what’s the point of a reservation at that point, I guess.
