   I don’t normally write reviews, but after dining at Acqua Di Dea, I felt genuinely compelled to share what was nothing short of a flawless experience. My meal was simple - just a glass of wine, an appetizer, and a main - but it told me everything I needed to know about the quality, care, and culinary talent at this restaurant. I started with the langoustines scampi, and from the very first bite, I knew I was in for something special. As someone who is incredibly passionate about seafood, I’ve often been disappointed by how frequently shellfish, particularly shrimp, is overcooked. Not here. These langoustines were a masterclass in restraint and technique - heated just enough to unlock their natural flavor and texture, allowing the freshness of the meat to shine through in every bite. It was, quite simply, perfect. At the recommendation of my server Giuseppe (who I’ll speak more about in a moment) I ordered the Dover Sole. When he mentioned it was wild-caught, I was already sold. But nothing prepared me for what arrived. It was deboned tableside with great finesse and served with a rich, gravy-like sauce that somehow gave the dish the heartiness of a steak while retaining all the delicacy and elegance of fine seafood. It exceeded every expectation. Now to Giuseppe, who was an absolute standout. He was the epitome of professionalism while also being warm, engaging, and genuinely charismatic. His service elevated the entire experience - particularly how genuinely knowledgeable and passionate he is about seafood - and made me feel like a regular even though this was my first visit. While I’ve only been to Cleveland a handful of times, this meal firmly convinced me that there is a legitimate fine dining scene here. Acqua Di Dea is proof. If you’re in town and love seafood, or just appreciate exquisite cooking, do yourself a favor and go. Support them. They deserve every bit of success, and I can promise you, you will not leave disappointed.

   The restaurant was extremely dark where we had to use flashlights from our phones to read the menu. The appetizers were very good but our entrees were not work the price. My overall experience was the restaurant is decent but definitely not worth the price.

   Booked this restaurant based on the menu you provide open table. They changed the menu this week so the dishes I was interested in are no longer on the menu. The food was average. The service was not attentive. Served my drink in a broken glass and then came and took it back. The manager was more interested in two woman at the bar than the rest of the restaurant.

   With flavorful and aromatic. The wine selection was incredible. I order an Argentinian Malbec and it was very grapey and delicious. The theater mission was light but also sweet just at the right level. Our server Monica was incredible. I will go back anytime

   Our server was great. Food was well prepared and plated. Noise level at the bar was too loud for our liking. Several times we couldn’t hear each other. Maybe we should’ve been seated further away.

    I’m thrilled that aqui de Dea is open late on Saturdays so we can come after the theatre. Our Meal’s were awesome so much so we ordered another serving of the escarole to take home with us. I loved how they were so accommodating to us, even as the kitchen was getting ready to close. Really this place is such a gem for the Cleveland late night scene. We’ll be back for sure!
