   ATTENDED WITH OUR LLI DINING CLUB MENU NEEDS PHOTOS . . I DID NOT GET WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND ITALIAN FOOD WAS OVERCOOKED SERVICE WAS ONLY FAIR SUN GLARE WAS UNBEARABLE . . . THEY NEED SHADES I WOULD NOT RETURN

   Amazing live music by Ross Failla! Always the best time when he sings here! Food is absolutely perfect as well. I had the orrechiette and it was delicious. My friends had the corned beef brisket special and the pork shank special and those dishes were excellent as well. The food is consistently good at Acquaviva. Vito and Flavio are wonderful hosts! Such a fun time with the live music and dancing!

   I was excited to try Acquaviva but we left really disappointed. The food lacked flavor, wasn’t overly fresh, and the service wasn’t good. There were only 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Not to mention, the manager was extremely pushy regarding joining their Wine Club. He came to our table multiple times to see if we filled out the form. I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation and he was trying to close the deal. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately will not be returning.

   Everything from the service to the food was outstanding! I had the whitefish which was so delicious and cooked perfectly and my husband had the pollo cacciatore which he said was the best ever!

   Very loud on a Saturday night. I could barely hear my dinner companions. I’m not a fan of Illinois wine, but I thought I’d give this a try since it’s always busy. The wine was what I expected. Even the “dry” wine was sweet. The food was good and the portions are huge.

   Good and service was excellent. Because the dinning area is so open the noise level is a little loud. That said the open atmosphere is relaxing.

   Great food and ambience. Large menu options and drinks. Our waitress was friendly and knowledge of the menu.
