When I get to choose the place for dinner with friends, especially when we have lots to talk about, I always pick Adams Ave Grill. No need to shout across the table to be heard. Too many of the newer restaurants in our area have forgotten that when they've designed their spaces. The food, so good that our foodie friends are impressed as well. Their specials are all that and more. As an artist, I enjoy seeing the new works on display, grateful there's such a place that gives us a nice spot to showcase the work. The service is wonderful too, all their servers friendly and great at taking care of our table. Obviously, they like working there which is always a plus. You'll not hear a negative word about this place from our family.

it's been several years since I've been to the Adams Avenue grill and it was fantastic back then and I was looking forward to another fantastic dinner.I ordered the cinnamon flank iron steak with a baked potato. The steak was good but the potato was hard and really wasn't worth serving.overall I would say it was just ok but the value was very good and it will be awhile before I return.

My friends and I came here for the Dining Out for Life event. Restaurant and event staff were great. We will definitely return!

Adams Avenue Grill is a charming restaurant we ordered the Adams Avenue Huevos Rancheros and the Santa Fe Hash brown Eggs both dishes were very good. Our server Liz recommended our dishes and she provided excellent customer service and I look forward to dining at Adams Avenue Grill soon.

A little out of the way for me, but a charming restaurant that I will want to return to. The ambience was very nice...bright and cheery. Our server Luke was friendly, attentive and accommodating...and made for a pleasant dining experience. The food was very, very good (2 salmon wraps and the tacos). Entrees included salad on the side and even dessert was included! I am anxious to return and try other entrees.

I love Adams Ave Grill!! The atmosphere is always so warm and friendly and the food is fabulous. The owner, Tim, is a wonderful person and should be so proud of this gem in University Heights.

Ambiance is nice for a neighborhood restaurant but the service was not good. Our first course took a long time and arrived about 4minutes before the entrees. Kale salad was fresh but needed more massaging. Entree with chicken, mozzarella, and prosciutto was very disappointing with plain sautéed chicken breast slapped on top with the other two items with no flavor and a watery sauce.

Good food - would classify it in the comfort food range as portions are hearty and it is not the place I go if I want a "light bite". Always have had friendly and good service. Also has some vegetarian selections which is really nice.

Nice menu selections with good (not great) food but the fact that I sometimes can't decide tells you a lot of things sound good. Little noisy (what restaurant isn't) but OK. Service was pretty good - only one Chardonnay on the wines by the glass the the server wasn't real helpful about it. It turned out to get quite good though. This is a comfortable to place to go though and we'll go back.
