This was my second time at Air. I must say my first visit was much better. This time the food was not as great as the first time. Waffle and omelet station food was hot but the lines and set up is very unorganized. The plate of food that is served from the waiters was not hot and it wasn’t that good. Also the bottomless mimosas were weak. Not sure what was changed from my first visit but I enjoyed it way better first time.

TERRIBLE!! TRASH!! A WASTE OF TIME! We had an 8:45 reservation and was promptly seated. It then took another 30 minutes for us to receive service after asking around about a waitress. They sat us in a back corner and we were passed by by staff several times! We were then charged $100 for chicken fingers and shrimp. We were not given refills on our drinks, checked on during the meal, or given adequate time to look over the menu. We will never be back here! The music was okay but had no variety of era. My advice is to not waste your time, nothing here was good or enjoyable.

Me and my girlfriend went to Air, our first order was food and our drinks. The servers took 1 hour 30 minutes to serve me and my girlfriend drinks. We decided to leave without the drinks we paid for because of the wait. The food was okay but that also took an hour to be served. By the way I wasn’t just sitting waiting I flagged down our server, asked our server, went to the so called manager and the host desk asking for our drinks we waited an hour 30 minutes for and did not receive it. In conclusion I paid 161 dollars for 2 lamb chops and mashed potatoes no drinks and no dessert that I paid for. Never again 👎🏾👎🏾

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Our waitress even told us to go to the bar if we needed something.

Chicken was fried in old oil, and the servers seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as the customers sitting. Smoking hookah had to go get our server a couple of times on different visits

The ambience and food was great!!! Music was live as well however we had to keep chasing down our server each time we needed something such as napkins or another plate. She was very hard to find throughout our experience. And when she finally came back our time was cut short and she rushed us to leave because “another party was coming.” We had not even been seated for 2 hours yet and were being told to leave. Very rude and inconsiderate.
