Upon arriving it was extremely loud to the point you can’t hear your own thoughts let alone even hear your waiter . The waiter we had was very rude lacked customer service skills , inpatient beyond unprofessional . She would disappear on multiple occasions, very bad at explaining and expressing herself . My party was confused on the the menu with the timing it was stating and the courses it offered , when trying to ask questions the waiter would cut us off or say just call me when you all know what you want . My party & I included believed she was under the influence while working . Another table she was serving hadn’t received their food only drinks (which my table hadn’t even received that at the least )they constantly searched for her as well as I could sense the agitation in them as well as the individuals at my table as well . We ended up just leaving it was a very unpleasant experience we sat at the table for and waited for a 1hr and 6mins and wasn’t served any mimosas, any food , any hookah nothing but water .. mind you it was NOT packed it was about 4 tables occupied by small parties. And my waiter name was “ NuNu “ .. very pathetic!

Beautiful Atmosphere and Vibe! I will be going back.. We met some really nice people!The only downside is the TABLE SHOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO SUPPORT THE HOOKAH better‼️ you bump the table just vibing to the music and YOUR responsible to pay for the hookah.

It was a nice vibe. Good food and good music. The lamb chops platter only gave 2 lamb chops which was very minimal. Other than that. It was a good time.

It was my first time it’s a cool vibe fr but the thing about not being able to take your leftovers home at brunch to me is so dumb. I wasn’t feeling well, so i couldn’t eat my food so I paid $75 and couldn’t take my food home was absolutely insane to me on top of not getting a refund for the food I wasn’t able to eat bc they have a no refund policy. Any restaurant with that policy is a major red flag so take that into consideration.

Everything that my folks said it would be just that, the food was delicious the drinks was to perfection the service was excellent. The vibe was everything and the DJ was rocking.

I really enjoyed my birthday brunch will return! The food was sooooooo damn good !! The music could be a little better but everything was great!

Absolutely SUCK!! Do not waste your time or money. Food is garbage, cold, and not worth $145.00 for two people. Plastic wine glasses were dirty and they gave us plastic cups vs regular glasses to drink out of…….and for a $145.00, they should be ashamed!! Park and 14th is way better, much better ambience and better service. Omelet was just ok, only bacon and shrimp as a protein. Not to mention we got checked for weapons and wand as if we were going to a club, but this a restaurant, what kind of restaurant checks you for weapons before entering. Please do not waste your time at this location, go to Park and 14th for a better experience!!

That was my first time going to Air I enjoyed myself the music was good the food was good the server we had wasn’t very attentive other than that we had fun..
