Alberto's Ristorante was established in 1984 at which time, Northern Italian cuisine and fresh homemade pasta were introduced to Cape Cod for the first time. Since then, we have continued this tradition of all fresh ingredients and in-house preparation of every course from the soups to the desserts.

Our reputation for casual elegance arises from our emphasis on decor, service, the pride we take in food preparation, and our affordability. Over the years, we have received rave reviews from food critics from the Cape Cod Times, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Cape Cod Life Magazine, Fodor's, AAA, and New York Times critic James Beard for "...exquisite Northern Italian cuisine".                                                                                           My spouse and I invited our husband and wife friends of 50 years to lunch. We had reservations for 12:30 p.m. requesting a window table. Alberto's seated us as requested and the dining area was quiet. Our wait individual introduced himself and proved to be attentive throughout our lunch. We each enjoyed sandwiches from the lunch menu and all were served on sub rolls. WE enjoyed Chicken Parmigiana (2 services), Philly Cheesesteak and Eggplant Parmigiana. Everyone elected for the salad as opposed to a French Fry option. Food orders arrived piping hot Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their selection. It was an unhurried and pleasant dining experience. When visiting downtown Hyannis area stop in for a delicious lunch with attentive service and a relaxing respite.
