                Exceptional. It felt like we got to hear an artist perform for the first time in what will be a very successful career. Everything from start to finish was without errors. Intimate, personable, glad to have discovered them. Already looking to return our next time in Paris.

                The presentation of the food was exceptional. But most courses, while good had an unpleasant bitterness . It’s a small place and the service was very attentive

                Tout est très bien. Une seule déception, huile d'olive servie. Elle n'a aucun goût et aucun parfum. Dommage mais c'est un détail.

                surprise excellent find, stood up to other Michelin dinners during our trip. Thoughtful inventive food with fun influences from Tunisia, beautifully presented and delicious to eat. Enjoyed our meal here from start to finish.

                La cuisine est très bonne. Les goûts et saveurs sont surprenants, en tout cas pour moi qui n'est pas habitué à la cuisine tunisienne. J'ai bien aimé.

                We had an amazing family dinner at Aldéhyde. It was like having a private chef. The restaurant is intimate and the Chef and his small staff provide an impeccable and friendly service. Food is great and innovative, not your typical French fare. Wine pairing was superb. A future Michelin-awarded restaurant.

                Excellent restaurant, cuisine raffinée et originale. Seul regret, le maître d'hôtel propose du fromage qu'on peut croire inclus dans le menu dégustation alors qu'il est facturé ensuite. Ce n'est pas très correct comme procédé...
