                                                                                                Had a great time in an igloo enjoying the festive atmosphere! The buffalo cauliflower was amazing, as usual. But they didn’t have an item for an entree my friend wanted and the fries were a little cold. The buns on our burgers also fell apart more easily then normal. Still highly recommend this place, especially during the Jingle Pop Up though! The atmosphere is awesome :)

                                                                                                The food was great, they even mistakenly gave my dad an extra piece of fish and didn’t charge us for it. Just two complaints. 1. The volume of the music. We went for an early dinner around 4pm and I could barely hear my father from across the table. 2. The seating across from the bar is very tight. I don’t think there is a solve for it, but it makes for awkward situations during busy times when waiters and customers are trying to make their way to and from the restrooms and kitchen.

                                                                                                Our server, Karyn, was fantastic! The only real complaint is that the heater didn’t help much & the roof condensation dripped on our food & drinks. I’d still go again, but I’d get a table inside instead of the igloo.

There was so much condensation that the water was dripping onto the table, on our food, and into our drinks. They should really consider putting space heaters inside the igloos to prevent this and warm them up a bit more.

                                                                                                It was okay for our first time. We tried the igloo, and it was cold the heater wasn't working. The food was ok. The service was good because of our waitress. The owner came out to help was nice. I would go back. It was black Friday, so I understood.

                                                                                                The hostess was rude, the waitstaff was overworked so service was slow. Food was ok but had lots of mistakes in orders. Tight and noisy. Would not come again

                                                                                                Had reservations for 6 people and the table they had for us was for 6. Had another party of 5 joining us (also a reservation ) and no table for them. It was a busy Tuesday night - likely due to Jingle theme. We ended up waiting for 1/ 2 hr, but it worked out. I get it- really busy and not sure how long people will stay. The holiday drink menu changed and in my opinion not as good as last year . The table ordered 4 different drinks off the menu and all of them were MEH , especially given the cost. Despite all of the shortcomings, will likely return but will be smarter about choices.
