                                                                                                Had reservations (made weeks ago), for 5:15pm. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated in the igloo by the hostess at our reservation time. She said our server Mia would be right with us. We waited…. Waited and waited (in the freezing cold ) igloo. It was now 5:50. Mia never came to our igloo at all! My little guy had to use the restroom so we went inside to use the restroom and at that point I flagged down the manager on duty. My husband was still waiting outside for the waitress that never came…, I told the manager what happened, she apologized and offered a free appetizer.? I was pretty insulted that her response was to offer a free appetizer. I just waited outside in the cold igloo for 40 minutes with my husband and child waiting to try this festive dinner we have been looking forward to trying for a month now and you offer an appetizer! Needless to say we left. We found another restaurant near by for our family dinner. This restaurant wasn’t chosen by chance, we wanted to come here because of its impressive vegan menu. My son has food allergies and we were so looking forward to him having such a large selection of goodies to choose from. He has been taking about this place for weeks and all the treats he wanted to try. So sad this experience was so poor. Do better ale Mary.

                                                                                                We enjoyed our food and had a great server. The Spanish coffee is SO good! Igloo warning:We did sit in an igloo and it was COLD. Our igloo had 1 very small heater that did not provide much heat, at all. The igloo also had 2 large holes in it. We used a drink menu to “patch” one of the holes. Chairs are metal so that didn’t help either, a cushion could go a long way to help take off the chill. Carpet was also very wet and all the ladies purses got soaked. Probably out own fault for putting them on the floor, but we didn’t have another option. Oh well!

                                                                                                Staff was ok some seemed to not like their job. My biggest complaint is the cost vs quantity of food and drink …. $17 for a Dixie cups worth of specialty drink? What a joke……. Doritos nachos with a tablespoon of meat on top? I won’t be back at those prices and lack of food and drink.

                                                                                                Our server was amazing but the igloo that we booked was freezing with insufficient heating. The soup that we ordered, because we were freezing, was lukewarm. The spinach dip was good. The igloo started melting when we were eating and we got wet. It was an overall miserable experience. The only highlight was our nice server.

                                                                                                We went for the holiday pop-up. Amazing service, great vibes and very friendly atmosphere. For the price it wasn’t worth the food. I’d go for drinks and apps in the future! The vegan milkshake is not good

                                                                                                Truthfully, it was disappointing. With a reservation we were sat at a make shift 2-top where one had to sit on the window sill. It was so loud and cold. Our server was fine. Drinks tools forever and we ordered basic cocktails. The food was bland. We ordered pretzel bites w/cheese and the Kobe sliders with fries. I had hoped for a better experience.
