   The restaurant was packed on New Year’s Eve. The staff was kind and working really hard, but there weren’t enough people to serve everyone.

   Terriblemente malo el lugar. Esperamos 1 hora y media por las bebidas y después de 3 horas que no nos llevaron la cena, nos fuimos.

   Staff was very friendly and attentive! We didn’t realize it was a hotel restaurant located next to one of the pools. Seemed to be better suited for guests buffet style breakfasts and lunches. The restaurant was freezing and we asked if they could turn up the AC but I don’t think they understood us.

    I made reservations for Allegra based on online ratings. Should have known when taxi driver didn’t recognize the place and, at 6:30 at night on a Saturday, there was no one (and I mean NO ONE) there but us, that it was not a top restaurant. Overall food wasn’t bad but not stellar and service was slow for hardly any guests. It is located in the Marriott and we didn’t even see hotel guests eating there. Again, an ok meal but with the hoping joints within walking distance from there you have better options.
