Join us for a special 2 Course Easter Brunch Prix-Fixe (see menu in photo gallery). $48 per adult and $24 per child (pricing does not include tax, beverages and 20% gratuity for the staff). Max party size is 8 guests - no exceptions. Prix-fixe menu only. Our regular brunch menu and a la carte offerings will not be available. Inform us of any dietary restrictions. Highchairs must be requested in advance and please include infants in your guest count. We are not able to accommodate large strollers in the dining room. Credit card is merely to hold the reservation, your card will not be charged and a final bill will be presented at the end of your dinner. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $25 per person.

Perfect place for Brunch! Comfortable, good food, good value price. Quiche forestiere good but could be better. Croissant good but not great. Service attentive. Good selection of wine by the glass. Will be back!

The atmosphere, drinks and food were outstanding (as was our server!). However, it seemed a bit pricey. That’s to be expected at places in Gold Coast, so overall it was an excellent experience!

Beautiful restaurant with very good food and interesting cocktails! Service was quick with a relaxed and upscale atmosphere. Our server Abram was awesome and the hostesses were also very nice. I was impressed and will certainly be frequenting Alpana to check more of their menus!

Alpana never disappoints. The food and service are outstanding, though the restaurant is a touch dark, which can make it hard to read the menus without a phone light (the staff brought a table lamp that helped immensely when they saw us using the phone). The focaccia and grilled octopus apps were excellent, as were the salmon (very nice portion) and the venison (also well portioned) and fries. The chocolate cake ala mode and the raspberry sorbet (complimentary to my wife) were both a very nice way to finish the meal. Alpana is on our regular rota of Chicago restos.

The food was surprisingly average across the board, especially given the price point. We had a large group, so were able to try quite a few different appetizers, entrees and desserts. A few things were slightly above average, and some were below. Overcooked pasta and dry, bland, almost inedible meatloaf "special" made of filet - ate about half of one slice and the rest was just thrown out. Our waiter was scattered, although it appeared he might have had 8-9 tables? Ambiance was very nice - the space is beautiful and noise level made it easy to have a conversations.
