Despite being able to book a reserved table (which was recommended by the venue after securing event tickets for midnight hour), all the staff acted like they had no idea about reservations/wouldn't honor it, even after showing them our open table confirmation. One staff member allowed us to sit an an available table and another staff approached asking us why we were sitting there and who allowed it. The staff that allowed us to sit also allowed us to order (very overpriced drinks) to the table via a QR code and after the server brought the first round we were told we were not allowed to do that anymore, they removed the QR code from our table and said we needed to come to the bar for more drinks. Additionally, the DJ for the midnight hour was terrible - he didn't stick with the theme, he was rude when we made one request, and tried to state that he didn't have the song (which is a very common/popular song that was on track with the theme night). He then said he had it and would play it but never did. After giving another 45 minutes to an hour to improve, we gave up and went somewhere else with better service that delivers on expectations. We were really unimpressed all around. I will say, there was one bar tender who was fantastic and very nice - he was working the right side of the bar and was prompt, helpful, and great customer service. Even though we had to go to the bar when we reserved table service, he was by far the highlight of our experience that night. Unfortunately, due to everything else, we won't be back!
