   Three of us shared the chicken schnitzel appetizer. For entrees we had bison burger, smoked salmon, and a Hawaiian deep water fish (mon chong). Everything was incredible! The restaurant is beautiful, and our server (Greg) belongs in the Server's Hall of Fame". We'll be bac, for sure,

   Amazing from start to finish! The ambiance is stunning, fabulous service, and I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to the food. Everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and thoughtfully crafted. We will come back again and again and cannot wait to see how this Park City gem evolves.

   Noise level was great. It was packed but our table of 5 could still hear easily. Service started out strong and then diminished as it got busier. The food was good but frites were cold on all plates but plates were too hot to touch. I think once the kinks are worked out it will be fantastic.

    What outstanding experience! Food was exciting, clever and super fresh (Winter Green Salad and Fondue for Two)! Ambience was super cool! Lilly was an amazing and professional server! And having Andre stop by our table to chat was over the top! Go to Alpinist NOW! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
