                                                              We’ve been to Altius a handful of times and always enjoy ourselves! We are steak people but decided to switch it up with the tomahawk pork chop and the Chilean sea bass this time - definitely did not disappoint and probably the best fish I’ve ever had! Our waiter, Tom, was hilarious and made our night even more enjoyable. Great ambiance, service, and food.

                                                              Altius offers one of the finest dining experiences in Pittsburgh. From start to finish, the service is exceptional. We began our evening with a drink at the bar, where the friendly and skilled bartenders crafted creative, delicious cocktails. Once seated, we enjoyed fabulous views of Pittsburgh that added to the ambiance. Dinner was excellent overall, though one steak was slightly overcooked after ordering it medium. However, the attention to detail—from the amuse-bouche to the thoughtful take-home pastry—elevated the experience, making it truly special.

                                                              Absolutely delicious meal. Every dish was beautifully prepared - as wonderful to look at as it was to eat it. Also, can’t beat the view. But make no mistake, this place is about the food even more than the fabulous view.

                                                              The food and service were amazing. We did have to wait for our reservation, but there was room at the bar. The food is expensive, but delicious and not ala carte. They also had an amazing wine list and we truly enjoyed our bottle of VGS Potelle 2

                                                              My wife and I come to Altius for every major event from birthdays to anniversaries. It is always perfect in every way and we look forward to our next dining experience. They take great care when it comes to our various food related allergies and are able to provide knowledgeable insight into their menu.
