   Service was impeccable. Food was great. For drinks, only juices were provided. I think they were trying to encourage wine sales and they offered “free flow” wine. I wish they’d at least offer plain water on a complimentary basis for teetotalers. The live music was louder this time compared to the last time I attended. I would have preferred soft piano music without the singing. Overall, however, it’s a great deal. The crème brûlée in the lemon shell was outstanding. So was the foie gras. (January 2025)

   The service was very poor and did not compare to the fantastic service we experienced at the rest of the Four Seasons. We were ignored when we arrived at Alto and had to search ourselves for someone to take our drink order. When the food arrived it was missing one dish - the food that did arrive was inedible. Not a fine dining experience.

   We celebrated my 50th Birthday & my daughter's 18th at Alto and loved every moment of it. The waiter in particular who was assigned to our table was so kind, genuine & very friendly. I think he made our experience so much better. He talked to us (but not too much), he shared his thoughts & experience of working in the hotel (we asked him how was it when Covid hit) & he spoke very highly of all the management & the staff.

   Beautifully decorated Italian restaurant on the top floor of the four seasons hotel Jakarta. The staff here are friendly, helpful & efficient. The seating is well spaced out and comfortable. Hands down the best tiramisu in Jakarta. The pasta was also great.

   Elegant dining with great views of Jakarta, superb service, excellent food. We ordered an appetizer, a pasta dish, and a seafood dish, a dessert. Everything was well prepared and presented, made with quality ingredients. Make sure you leave room for dessert. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and were not disappointed. The wait staff made us feel special. Service was excellent.

    I highly recommend the Sunday brunch. The concept is unique. You can order items from a menu, which allows the buffet area to be smaller than a normal five-star restaurant. I liked the concept. It reduces waste and makes the guest feel more special. I really enjoyed the blueberry cheesecake, chocolate cup, shrimp, gelato, and bread. I have only two suggestions: 1) the mussels did not seem to be high quality; and 2) filtered water and one coffee should be included as part of the price. (July 2023)
