Very over-priced for average food. Service was distracted. Adding a 20% service charge for poor service is outrageous!

Such a beautiful restaurant with excellent service. I had the lunch special burger which came with fries and a dessert. The Middle Eastern burger was very good, although the fries were kind of blah and lukewarm. The rice pudding was exceptional.

Been in Toronto location so many times and always been fabulous, my mother was visiting from toronto so i took her there , our server was amazing , main course came and my mom founds staple pin with plastic wrapping in her food , manager came and said chefs is away and then send a cake to make it up to us . Bill came and the food that had the thing in it was actually in a bill , I don’t know how it works in Miami but in Toronto they would definitely took care of bill , My mom could have choked ! Thanks God she really chews her food .

Food was amazing, service can be better. I ordered pistachio kebab, and 50 minutes later, i was told it was just being made after we were almost done with the food. I was able to cancel it, although the servant argued about it and didn’t want to cancel it at first.

it was a Saturday night and since weather was amazing sat outside. I have been here before and the food and service have been great. This time the experience was nothing like it. It seemed the waiter was overwhelmed and took forever to take a drink order. When he did he didn’t give the person that accompanied me time to order hers. Never came to the table unless we waived him down. Nevertheless we sat for a long time before we even got to order. The food was bland and had very little taste.

Always consistent with the quality of their food and service. I’ve been to Amal multiple times with my family and it has always been a wonderful dining experience.

Such a wonderful place. From the service and food to the design of the furniture, overall ambience and the lounge like music suitable for this classy but modern restaurant, everything was up the best standard. Will definitely be back!
