Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

                                                                                                                                            What a fine place to enjoy a night out. Service was outstanding…so many great food choices. We started with the burrata with pesto and Calabrian chilies…with an off the menu focaccia which was brought warm with ricotta and olive oil…what a treat! Next we shared Pasta Rags which was delicate pasta served in a Calabrian chile sauce …the pasta melted in your mouth and the sauce was wonderful…fresh with a slight spice. Next..my wife selected a branzino filet which was cooked perfectly with a delicate lemon sauce…just delicious! We finished our meal with tiramisu … which had soapy flavors including caramel…which was a nice addition . If you are passionate about enjoying well prepared and sourced food…this is the place!

They made our dinner in 15 minutes which was amazing and we made it to our show in time. Thank you so much!

She was a little stiff, not what we think of from our TV Bobby experience. Overall a fantastic experience.
