In keeping with the spirit of Lady Amber Fitzwilliam, whose famous Thursday Club ran for many years at the hotel, we offer relaxed entertainment in the luxurious setting of Amber’s restaurant every Thursday night. Sample delicious food and an elegant drinks menu to a backdrop of live acoustic music from a handful of carefully chosen local artists. £30 per head for 2 courses or upgrade to 3 course for an additional £7.50 per head.
