Ambli Global at Belleview Station is open for Lunch, HH and Dinner! We have a Globally inspired Chef driven menu with influences from Indian, Asian, East African and Latin American cuisine. This great food is paired with the deep knowledge and care of our attentive staff who are there to elevate your dining experience and who act as your culinary guides. Our Cocktails are balanced and feature seasonal, fresh squeezed juices. Our Wines are specifically selected to with our cuisine.                                             One of the best, if not the best restaurant in Denver. Outstanding food that produce explosions of flavor on your palate. Fantastic atmosphere with impeccable service!!

                                            3/12/2025 Restaurant Week; My husband and I had one the most pleasurable dinners. The menu was very entertaining with varied "bites". The food was scrumptious and the drinks were delightful. Not a bad bite between the 7 courses we had that night.

                                            This was our first time at Ambli and it was outstanding! The depth of flavors, the great sauces, the elegant dining room, and the creativity of the dishes were all excellent! Seating is spaced out too, which is great for private conversation and it not being too loud. We'll be back!

                                            Holy smokes, what an incredible dinner! We opted for Ambli as one of our choices for Denver Restaurant Week and so happy we did! The service was outstanding, the friendliness of the staff from our waiter to the table assistants to the greeters.. it truly sets them apart. The food, on the other hand, was out of this world exceptional. They paid special attention to my food allergy and made sure to take extra care and attention to ensure I was safe. The explosion of flavors, textures and visual effects of our meal really set the stage for an outstanding dinner. The whole idea of Restaurant Week is for you to be able to try new restaurants and boy did Ambli deliver on an entirely new level. We will absolutely return and enjoy more of the international cuisine on another occasion. Highly, highly, highly recommend you do the same!
