This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and our executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni. It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. To better accommodate your culinary experience, we gently require a 48-hour notice for allergies and dietary restrictions. A full vegan menu is available only upon request.

Very disappointed of how the poor server was trying so hard to handle it. The restaurant wasn’t busy but they didn’t have what was listed on the menu. For a restaurant at the level is claimed the service has to be at a higher standard. Food was great but wasn’t enough to justify the over all experience.

I think the food was just okay, nothing hit it out the park, the wagyu meat balls are one top of a carrot mashed potato mush and it’s covered in a gravy/sauce, it’s too rich, then the truffle pasta was so oily it was a whole layer left in the plate, I feel like it was a 4/10, the drinks were really good but also crazy expensive why is one cocktail $23 it just feels like a unnecessary up charge.

The meal was good but pasta portions were too small (when compared to what most other Italian restaurants offer). We thought the white wine meatballs weren't very good. The Radiatori Pomona was the best dish we had.

Offerings were extremely limited and the kitchen was out of a lot of the menu. Service was slow and what should have been a reasonably timed dinner stretched over 3 hours.

They need to dim the lights and play music. The vibe was totally off. Service was slow and nobody at the front to check is in. Server was ok. Definitely wasn’t worth going to.

The restaurant itself was very cold, seemed like there was a problem with the heating. Cesar Salad - the dried olives were very overbearing and ruined the dish. Sea Bass (Alaskan) - just not good, very very fishy. Filet Steak - Husband said it was very good. Margherita Pizza - Kids said it was very good Couple of folks had pasta, which they enjoyed. Tiramasu - the coca powder on the top was very very overpowering - too much. Service was good, and we enjoyed our server (Carter). Overall, a disappointment.

Anthony our waiter was excellent. We ate on the early side for a Monday at 7:00 Pm and the restaurant had a just a few couples but by 9:00 restaurant has many tables full. Staff was excellent. Food is on the rich, full flavored. We had the oxtail papadelle pasta, the Caesar Salad, and the fish was delicious. Shrimp pasta was tasty But shrimp was over done but that can happen. Second time coming and we’d highly recommend it

They did a great job renovating the California Pizza Kitchen into this restaurant. The risotto was very good, but the sea bass and the pasta we had was just average. We thought this was on the expensive side considering our experience - on the plus side, the service was excellent. I'm not sure if we will go there again, but glad we gave it a try.
