It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. Excellent food! Focaccia bread with tomato is excellent as was the salad, pasará and fish! Only disappointment is that my reservation indicated it wS my son’s birthday and it was not celebrated. 😕

Food was quite nice--especially the risotto, focaccia and the prosciutto salad with burrata. Good wine list too. There was a hiccup with timing of our courses but the restaurant comped us dessert. Stylish space.

Second time back and clearly there’s been a change since May. Food was okay - pizza crust was ‘wet’ and prosciutto was chilled on top. Smoked salmon pasta was good but lacked any flavor other than the saltiness of the salmon. Focaccia was amazing - although more of a bread than a focaccia. Seemed like a completely different staff/management or maybe just the holidays. Good bit not great and pricey for the quality.

Angelo and Austin were rays of shine. Loved the new specialist menu! The penne was to die for the chef out did himself. We will be back!

Best Italian Restaurant in the Valley, no doubts This was my 3rd visit and it gets better each time! My wife and I absolutely loved the seafood pasta and the truffle Tagliolini, it was heaven for pasta lovers like us! The service is consistently great, friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10

this is our second time here & honestly the best service. We were surprised there weren't more people dining because it was soo good. Staff is so attentive & the food is delicious. We've tried the pizzas & pastas and all of them are 10/10. Can't wait to be back to try their cocktails & the rest of their menu. Chef knows EXACTLY what he's going. Will be back soon!

Was excited to try this new restaurant food was good, but service needs work. They need more staff on the floor and behind the bar. Took 30 minutes to get our drink order and 20 minutes for every drink after that. The restaurant was not busy so it cannot be due to back up drink orders. A dinner that should take about an hour and a half for a table of 6, ended up being a 3 hour meal. Atmosphere and food was good, but service needs a lot of work.

Booked the private dining room experience for my birthday and (once again) the meal was fantastic. 8 courses paired with wine, the omelet and the dessert courses were my favorite (do add the truffles - so good). The steak was cooked perfect and was so tender. The pasta was perfectly cooked and had hints of lemon in the sauce. The service was excellent and the chef came out to talk about each course - really fantastic experience. And they were able to accommodate my non-dairy preference without comprising any flavor - all courses were great! Can't wait to go back.
