This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and our executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni. It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. To better accommodate your culinary experience, we gently require a 48-hour notice for allergies and dietary restrictions. A full vegan menu is available only upon request.

Do not be glamorized by the beautiful pictures of the restaurant or the location. The food is subpar and the service was truly lacking. Luckily the manager on duty was really helpful and understood our frustrations with slow and inattentive staff and the food not being worthy of the price and the image they are trying to portray. I’m not one to leave reviews or be a complainer, but I just want people to know what they’re getting into. There are lots of restaurants in the city for great Italian so I would skip this one.

1. No greeter when we walked in at our scheduled reservation. Several staff members saw us but we still waited 5 minutes to be addressed and seated (the establishment was NOT busy). 2. 15 minutes after finally being seated our drink order was eventually taken. 3. We also ordered appetizers and the wrong appetizer was brought out. 4. At this point we are 45 minutes into this and all we’ve had is 1-glass of water, 1-glass of wine and an appetizer. I made the decision that we would pay for what we’ve consumed and leave. We will NOT be going back.

Restaurant Review: Ambrosia 15 I had high expectations for Ambrosia 15, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. To start, my truffle pasta was undercooked and lacked flavor, leaving me unimpressed. The water served had a strange, unpleasant taste, which further diminished the overall dining experience. Additionally, one member of our party did not receive her Caesar salad, a clear oversight. While they did remove one appetizer from the bill as compensation, the mistake still disrupted the flow of our meal. On the beverage front, there was inconsistency. Some guests were served canned sodas, while one was given Diet Coke poured into a glass without a can, which felt odd and inconsistent. I also ordered the bone marrow, which was decent but not remarkable—certainly not enough to salvage the meal. Overall, the service and food quality at Ambrosia 15 fell short of expectations. While the gesture of removing an item from the bill was appreciated, I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return.

Great find. Ambiance is average and expected for something attached to a mall but the food was surprisingly really good. Great steak and the pizza was amazing and that comes from a New Yorker. Service was friendly and prompt. I thought it would be a one and done restaurant but I think we will visit frequently to enjoy the food.

Started off with great service. The waiter knew how to make us feel well taken care of and had all the right parings and flow for the food. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food! Focaccia bread with tomato is excellent as was the salad, pasará and fish! Only disappointment is that my reservation indicated it wS my son’s birthday and it was not celebrated. 😕

Food was quite nice--especially the risotto, focaccia and the prosciutto salad with burrata. Good wine list too. There was a hiccup with timing of our courses but the restaurant comped us dessert. Stylish space.
