Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine was opened in 2017 by owner Amelia Eesley, a long time restaurant professional, who wanted to bring to Tulsa the dining experiences she loved while living in New York. Since then Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine's has succeeded in producing top notch seasonal cuisine lead by Chef Andrew Donovan. The experience at Amelia's blends the open wood fired kitchen with the beautiful candle lit ambience of the dining room; setting the stage for romantic nights, special occasions and celebrations. Amelia’s never disappoints- always love sitting at the Chef’s Counter - service is very impressive and rustic menu has something for everyone. One of my absolute favorites in Tulsa.

Amazing! One of our party has food allergies and they worked with her to create a meal she would enjoy and be safe without making her feel bad or keeping a portion of the dish unserved.

Great place to eat in Tulsa, enjoyed the house made ravioli and my girlfriend had the sea bass, both incredible meals. Wish their was more in terms of serving but added with apps and drinks, it was spot on.

If you're looking for a top tier dining experience in the downtown Tulsa area, I highly recommend Amelia's. The atmosphere is relaxing, everyone is friendly and service is exemplary. We started with the braised pork belly and Spanish style octopus. Both were wonderful. I ordered the Venison Osso Bucco and it exceeded expectations. Others had the Chilean Sea Bass and the filet and were quite pleased. We finished with the goat cheese cheese cake with blood orange and the cornbread crusted blueberry cobbler. Both were exceptional. Amelia's is a great addition to Tulsa's budding culinary scene.

Food and services is amazing every time I have eaten at Amelia’s! Staff is very knowledgeable about food and drink menus. Will definitely return any chance I get!

During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of trying the stuffed ravioli with lobster in a red curry cream. Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! The ravioli was perfectly cooked, and the filling was rich and flavorful. The red curry cream added a delightful twist, balancing the dish with just the right amount of spice. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes that left me wanting more. The service was attentive and friendly, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
