Here at Amuse we cook from the heart, sourcing outstanding regional ingredients always in season to ensure they are at their peek. Our style is modern Scottish with French notes, elegantly presented and packed full of natural flavours where the ingredients take centre stage. Our menus change with the seasons to celebrate the arrival of new produce.

We are small dedicated team working together to give you a memorable experience, whether it's a few classic cocktails perfectly made in The Snug, bespoke tasting menu in our private dining room or a long lazy Sunday lunch with the family.

Our aim is simply to make you feel happier than when you first walked through our doors.

Excellent. Food was amazing. Staff were brilliant, could not be more helpful and pleasant, with the right amount of attention. Thank you for a lovely lunch

Excellent food, service and wine. We were celebrating a birthday with our first visit for quite a while. We were not disappointed as everything was spot-on. We will be back again - soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere and service was good My one complaint is that the service was to quick, they took our plates away very quickly when we finished each course and asked about further courses without really giving us time to just enjoy the food with a break in between They were not overly busy so could have done that quite easily.

We have a mid-week lunch visit. The food was delicious and service attentive, friendly and not rushed. The ambiance was excellent and the back ground music diverse and very pleasant. Value for money certainly.

Outstanding food and service. Live piano music. Even gave us a handwritten card for our wedding anniversary. Absolutely outstanding will definitely return.

We arrived at the restaurant for Sunday lunch and were met by incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We ordered drinks - I had white rioja which was crisp and fresh. We ordered three beef roasts and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quantity we received. The beef was succulent. The jus on the yorkshire pudding and accompanying potatoes and veg was absolutely divine. A thoroughly enjoyable, quality and value for money afternoon. Thank you all so much! A great place to eat and spend time. Will recommend to others and definitely be back ourselves.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in Aberdeen. The host was fantastic, and the food was equally as good! Would highly recommend.

The service was poor, beginning with a 20 minute wait for a cocktail in a restaurant with more staff than customers. The soup of the day lacked any flavour of either cauliflower or curry, the 2 components. At £17 per scallop, I expected a well cooked, large scallop, not a scallop cut into pieces and overcooked. The fillet beef was tough but the Roe Deer was very good. The ambience was strange, with only 4 diners until a large, rowdy group rocked up. That said, this can’t really be helped particularly on a Thursday evening. All in all, I think they missed the mark and unfortunately at £120 per head, you should not be missing the mark.
