Opening Angelo Pizza, Bar and Tapas restaurant was a passion of Chef Angelo Elia for more than eight years. While Casa D"Angelo has been a place for him to showcase his depth of Italian technique, he wanted to create a restaurant that felt more like the simple Italy he visits year after year where ingredients are at the forefront. A place where you could come and sit and pick at food as you want with friends. But it didn't come that easy. Like all things that are simple, careful thought and research has gone into the menu and the guarded sources of our premium ingredients. In the end, Angelo Elia Pizza is all about friends and a good bottle of wine enjoyed in a contemporary, easy dining atmosphere. Locations in South Florida include Coral Springs, Weston, Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach

This place is the best !! We try to get here at least a few times a month and it never disappoint’s . Food is always great no matter what we order . Drinks are very good and they never water down like other establishments. Couldn’t recommend this place enough .

We had a great Valentine day dinner. We ordered from the Specials menu and loved the snapper, lobster raviolis and dessert. Restaurant was busy but the service was still fantastic.

The Caesar salad is always our favorite; refreshing and light start to dinner. Chef Amedeo introduced and presented an absolutely beautiful Hog Snapper prepared to perfection. The Apple Tart dessert is always exceptional, and it did not disappoint again! Hats off to top notch manager Luca, Chef Amedeo, and as always server Luisa who remains attentive and professional, ensuring a comfortable and pleasing dining experience.

The Herb Crusted Snapper was perfectly prepared, with flavorful taste and wonderful presentation. The Bucatini was delectable and pasta flawless. Chef Amadeus certainly prepares from the heart. Thank you manager Luca and staff for the usual professional hospitality and graciousness. Together, this team has created a special dining gem.

The snapper entree with angel hair was beautiful, delicious and flavorful, and perfectly plated. The veal Fiorentina was prepared and presented second to none. Chef Amadeus continues to hit it out of the ballpark. Manager Luca has the pulse of the customers and staff, and provides a warm, inviting and friendly dining atmosphere. Server Luisa is always professional and accommodating. We appreciate all!
