Advertises itself as the best in Carmel. The prices are very high and the food was ok. My wife’s filet and my lamb rack was lukewarm when we received them. Sides were warm. The oysters were good but about the size of a quarter. Service was attentive.

As expected, the dinner and overall experience was simply outstanding! It’s always wonderful to see what Chef Aziz has so artfully created.

Disappointing for the price point. In comparison to similar upscale restaurants in Indy, overpriced especially considering the steak entrees which do not come with any sides. Ordered steak provencal. The chef appeared to forget all the spices except for salt as the meat was quite oversalted. We ordered a side of brussel sprouts which were horrible - soggy and with small pieces of apples that added nothing to the dish. Best part of the meal was the wedge salad, which was excellent. Despite our disappointment in our meals, service was very good. Won't return.

Michele- Thank you for your honest feedback, I will pass along feedback to the chef in regards to your seasoning and sides. A few items of note, our steak entress are ala carte and are pricing is within market of other steak houses, Ruth's Chris filet is 54 ours 51, Ribeye is 67 and ours is 69. They are equal in steak pricing with no sides also. The apples are cooked on the side dish so they are not crispy and are but an accent to a side dish of sprouts not an apple side dish with sprouts for say. I'm glad service was on point and we will use this opportunity to improve, thank you for the time spent on this and empowering the team to keep working to be our best. Happy Holidays.

We were seated upstairs which they could have decorated a bit more festive. Service and food were great as always.

Food and service were outstanding as always! We were seated in the bar area and the noise level was pretty high. Personally prefer quieter atmosphere but still an outstanding experience overall!

This was our second visit and we likely won’t return. The level of noise was shocking, we could barely communicate at our three person table. The atmosphere has become quite casual and the level of noise was like being in a busy bar rather than at a fine dining establishment. It appears the dress code has also become extremely relaxed as we saw hooded sweatshirts and tennis shoes. While we are open to all of this in certain environments, this is not what we expect at a nice steakhouse and what we previously viewed as fine dining. Finally, the appetizers and main courses were fantastic, however, the two sides we ordered (chile corn and brussel sprouts) were more than disappointing. Service was great but the overall experience has greatly declined since our last visit just a year ago.

I appreciate the honest review. I absolutely will pass along your feedback to our chef team. For what its worth, this time of year during the holidays the demand is incredibly high with large parties both friends and family but also company outings. Those large parties carry a high volume as everyone competes to conversate, its a complicated situation to manage outside of asking a table to lower their volume which would be met with negativity. Its a lose lose it seems. In regards to dress attire, alot of these outings are folks not familiar with our concept and first time, asking people to return home or not allow attendance to a holiday function would be again met with negativity. Lose Lose. Happy Holiday Jeannie, you were heard.
