Antoine's is excited to be celebrating 184 years in the French Quarter. We welcome you to enjoy our traditional French creole fare as well as updated classics in our beautiful and historic restaurant setting.

Antoine's Dress Code is

Business Casual: Jackets and collared shirts are strongly suggested for gentlemen. We kindly ask all guests not to wear athletic or beach clothing, baseball caps, or flip-flops. Antoine’s dress code will be enforced at the discretion of the manager.

Sit in one of 14 gilded dining rooms to feast on favorites like oyster Rockefeller and soufflé potatoes, both original to the restaurant. Cap the meal with a classic baked Alaska or the house chicory coffee, laced with cognac and triple sec and flamed tableside—it’s New Orleans, after all.

As soon as we sat down they were on top of us to order drinks and apps. Seemed like they wanted to turn over the table asap. We told the waiter it would be separate checks. He informed us that’s not allowed. Every time our table started a conversation the waiter would come over for something else. A bit annoying but he was a very nice man.

We went to this historic venue as a treat for my birthday and it really was a treat. Not only is the food excellent, we were looked after really well by Darla and Daniel. This New Orleans institution lives up to its reputation.

As repeat customers we were disappointed with our recent visit. An order of Winter Salad failed to be delivered and therefore declined since entrees were placed on our table. A medium rare steak order had to be returned to the kitchen since it came extremely rare in a large area. Finally, our bill included $160 for a carafe of brandy milk punch when in fact we had 2 individual glasses amounting to substantially less. For such an upscale establishment Antoine's failed to deliver.
