    We were so excited to finally dine here however was overall disappointed. While the food was amazing, the service and atmosphere was not at all what was expected or hoped for. We were seated in a back corner while many other tables were open. Spot where the servers/bartenders were in and out of non stop. Our server took forever to get our orders/drink order and never once stopped to check on us. I understand it was a busy night however by the time we were seated again there were many open tables. Definitely not worth the money spent. Disappointed in what was supposed to be a beautiful special evening.

    Our waitress was not responsive. Did not take drink orders timely. Forgot our salad. Did not tell us what was not available prior to ordering. Had to ask to have our meal ordered. She forgot our dessert to go even though we told her we wanted our carrot cake to go. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed in service and food last evening. Will not be going back.

    Great food and service. Menu has nice options including gluten free. Just wish they would put in a better ventilation system. You shouldn’t leave a fine dining restaurant smelling like food.

    Love this place. A tad too expensive for the amount you receive. Server was nice but not really on her game

    We started our evening off with the Crispy Risotto Balls.. dipped in the sauce they are delicious. I had the Fusilli Sausage- Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce and it was delightful! Very light to eat but enough to take home. Had to make room for the most exquisite dish of all.. the butter cake. If anything, start with the butter cake so you don’t miss out on the best piece of heaven.

    Sam our server was great! They accommodated a last minute increase in our group size on a very busy night. Oh and the food was great as well.

    As always: THE BEST RESTAURANT IN YOUNGSTOWN. PERIOD. From the lovely ambience & decor, to the fabulous service, to the incredible food, to the reasonable prices - there simply is no comparison. From our lemon flavored salad, to my wife's ravioli, to my scoglio pasta (white clam sauce); Aqua Pazzo is truly superb. Thank God that the owner, Tom Zidian, did not sell this restaurant when he recently sold his Italian food factory next door (Summer Garden). Our waiter Tyra was lovely, friendly, attentive without hovering. The manager, Stephen McCulla, friendly & welcoming, introduced himself and checked on us several times. The pasta - perfectly prepared; easily the best we've ever eaten. We have never had a bad meal, never had a merely okay meal, at Aqua Pazzo; it has always been remarkable.
