   The open space with the brewing hardware I'm the back drop was pretty cool. From the hostess to the server and manager we found all to be to notch. The fried chicken with the bacon jam were awesome!

   Unique, eclectic fun spot with great food and ambience. The service was outstanding, with the manager making regular inquiries regarding service and satisfaction. The beers brewed onsite were great and the choice of other national and regional beers and wines was superb.

   Poor score for service was due to it being our server's first day on the job. No one was shadowing him -- so with every question we asked, he had to go ask someone else for the answer. We ordered edamame; he didn't know they were out of edamame. But I'll be back. My previous dining experiences at AquaBrew were much better. I was disappointed only because a friend from Austin had driven down specifically for a San Marcos experience .... the poor service didn't impress.

   This was a fabulous find! The food was delicious and had a great presentation! If I am in San Marcos I will definitely go back!

   Food was amazing, staff was amazing. It's group, family style searing which isn't bad until your sit by a group of college kids talking about their sex life and what party they are going to. Oh, and listening in to your conversation and offering their thoughts. Overall though it was a great time! The food at this place is innovative and put together very well.
