We had been to Aquitaine in years, and it was just as good as always - if not better! Food was fantastic and our waiter was great.

Great dinner out. It is the closest you can get to a Paris bistro without going to Paris 😊

Lovely experience overall. Food very good, atmosphere excellent. My only negative is that we felt rushed to place our order when we weren’t ready. We had a 2:45 reservation and they closed brunch service at 3, but I say don’t allow people to reserve at 2:45 if you’re going to rush them. The waitress was sure to let us know that the kitchen would be closing in 5 minutes. We then saw another party getting served after we were getting ready to pay our bill. I did not appreciate that. We will go back another time and try again though.

I made reservation a month before for the New Years Day Brunch for myself and a friend. We got there 20 minutes early. Once we arrive got at the door it was locked and the light were dim. A staff person who was cleaning came to the door open it, we walked in and said we had reservations for 12 pm. Told him we where early and if that is the case we could wait outside. He informed us that the resturant was closed. I ask him again closed for now , he quoted closed today. Being New Years Day and trying to find a place for brunch in Boston is very hard. Very few resturants are open . We called a few none open in the area. Except for one that was across the street from Aquitane and that was Black Lamb. They accepted us and we enjoyed the atmosphere , wait staff and brunch menu. After we left we notice Aquatine was still closed no light on. Later on that day checked my email nothing from Aquatine sayong we are sorry something happen we could not open.
