                                                        The restaurant's decor was lovely - you do feel like you are in a Parisian bistrot - and it was spotless. The service was friendly, professional and attentive. It is an aesthetic gem on The Street in C. Hill. But the food portions have shrunk - yet not the prices. Everyone realizes that wholesale food prices to the restaurants have increased - but the menu was limited. There was no soup offerings at lunch time to enhance the lunch meal - no hearty appetizers. The fare was very delicious along with the desserts - but offerings/portions did not satisfy these hungry diners - looked for a Burger King on the way home for a Whopper. When they say petit salad on the side, they mean tiny - just a few lettuce leaves - yummy overall but unsatisfying. Unless you want to order "Le Turkey Club" - not quite the bistrot experience.

                                                        Went for brunch. The food was OK. For not being too busy the service was slow but adequate. One of the members in our party had the burger which was excellent. Overall I would recommend this restaurant.

                                                        We enjoy dining at Aquitaine. Our favorite dishes are the Sole and Duck breast as well as their swordfish special. The cocktails are excellent! We want to especially make note of the servers, they are so gracious and helpful~ The hosts at the desk are so welcoming and friendly! Great place to meet friends or celebrate a special occasion~ Highly recommended ~

                                                        Aquitaine Chestnut Hill has a menu that appeals to any palate, there’s something for everyone ~ The cocktails are fantastic! We enjoy the duck breast and the sole, delicious! The servers are attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is warm from the time you’re greeted graciously from the hosts until you finish dining~

                                                        Our server provided excellent service, which was the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet our expectations. The food took unreasonably long to arrive, and seeing how much this place has declined is disheartening. Don't get the French onion soup under any circumstances.

                                                        I forgot how satisfying Aquitaine is.... the dinner was superb, the place was lively and busy, the wait staff was very attentive and delightful (we had Juan Carlos), and I will certainly return there soon.
