Welcome to Arandas, where we bring the soul of Mexican cuisine to downtown Healdsburg. Housed within the prestigious Relais & Châteaux property, Hotel Les Mars, Arandas provides a warm and friendly ambiance where we hope our guests become family and their experiences are always elevated.

From traditional Mexican dishes to innovative fusion creations, Chef Adrien Nieto's menu is a celebration of the bold flavors that this diverse region has to offer. Think ceviches with accents of Japanese ingredients; tacos with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flair; and even a Mexican-style hummus emboldened with burnt chiles, black sesame, huitlacoche, and house-made Tajin seasoning enlivened with Persian sumac.

Arandas takes its name from the city in Jalisco that’s also home to the third generation, family-owned tequila producer, Tequilas El Mexicano. This tequila will be featured prominently at the bar, along with other well-curated tequilas, mezcals, and rums.

Join us on our Garden Patio at Arandas for one of the series of events dedicated to Full Moon! On May 13th 6pm-10pm we will be celebrating Flower Moon. The Flower Moon signifies that summer is approaching, temperatures are rising, and all the flowers are in full bloom. The Flower Moon spiritual meaning is about growth, abundance, and spiritual awakening. It represents the blossoming of flowers during spring and signifies new beginnings, personal transformation, and the fertility of nature. In honor of Full Moon, there will be live music on the patio and other entertainment! No cover charge. Specialty drinks and bites will be available for purchase.

The term “Pink Moon” refers to the vibrant pink flowers, known as wild ground phlox, that bloom in abundance. The Spiritual Meaning of a Pink Moon represents rebirth, renewal, and growth. It symbolizes a time of transformation, positivity, and healing, and represents beauty, grace, and charm. It signifies emotional balance, harmony, and calmness. The location was great, and we loved the relax up scale vibe. Our server Jessica S. was great she explained the menu and gave recommendations. Always aware if we needed something before we even asked. She made our dinner great.

We had an amazing first experience at Arandas. What a warm, inviting place to dine & drink. The menu is thoughtful & creative, with unique takes on popular traditional Mexican dishes. The food is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Every course was delicious. The service is outstanding. The bar choices are plentiful, with an impressive wine & spirits list. So many tequilas, so little time! Dessert was to die for. We will be back, soon.

It was pretty nasty. The place was empty and the nacho chips were inedible. The entrees were very tasty but I was so disgusted after eating the chips that it didn’t matter. I would not go back.

Went for Valentines and had dinner. All of the employees are cordial, and everyone is upbeat. The food was amazing, the dessert was incredible. We liked it so much, we will be back. Thank You!
