Roman’s selection of 120 day wet-aged, grass-fed black angus beef cuts are grilled on an Argentinian parrilla at a slightly lower temperature and for a longer period of time – similar to the Patagonian method of barbecuing crafted by Buenos Aires-born celebrity chef, Francis Mallmann.

                                                                                    Food and ambience were great. However, it appeared our server was in a bad mood. We knew he was busy. Looked like he had a 9 table section, including a 4 top and 8 top. Very stressful indeed, but his sour mood showed. Overall a good experience, I just hope the guy’s night got better ❤️.

                                                                                    We had a fabulous time at our dinner. While we thought our empanadas were delicious, the steak flight for two was the highlight, along with the pisco sours. Our sides (we got asparagus and the truffled fingerling potatoes) were very good, but I will probably explore others on the list next time we go. But how could they shine next to the steak? We were there on a Saturday night when they had live music, and that elevated the whole experience to be super vibey and extra fun. We had churros for dessert just to stay longer and enjoy, and they were also delicious. We will definitely be back!

                                                                                    Went there to see a show, but the show only lasted less than an hour. There was supposed to be a dancer(s), but there was only one guy with a guitarist and he only performed 2-3 dances. The space was good, the food was ok, but the dish I ordered was a little overcooked. I should’ve ordered the steak(s). The service, however, wasn’t great. There was a female server always taking away our plates and glasses when we weren’t done eating and drinking. She didn’t even ask. I’d give them a second shot with a different entree just to make sure.

                                                                                    Beautiful restaurant - comfortable and casual. The food was outstanding - beef empanadas were amazing. The staff was attentive and helpful. Great overall experience and will definitely go back.

                                                                                    Great service and food quality! The server was super attentive to my food allergies and all of the food we ordered was great quality! I didnt put in the reso notes that it was my boyfriend’s bday but when I mentioned it briefly at the end they gave him another beer on the house which was very courteous.

                                                                                    Might have to yell yo hear each other talk, it's pretty loud. Having said that, stillbirth it for the music & food. Steaks were so tasty, we had fingerling potatoes which were good. Drinks were strong. Will definitely go back for steaks alone.
