They cancelled their buffet and never took it off the web site. We wasted an evening because of their stupidity

When we arrived at the restaurant they left us know that they cancelled all reservations because they no longer have the buffet and very little seating for other over priced food

Over priced, buffet had a very limited selection,The mixed drinks were not very good. The beer was skunked, etc. We could have went to the manor buffet for cheaper and gotten way better food.

Most of the food was not appropriate for a steam table. The flank steak was very chewy and dry, and warm at best, and the fish and chips were not crisp and tasted like Mrs Paul’s frozen food. The Mediterranean chicken was tasty and moist and the vegetables were tasty. The lasagna was lacking cheese and sauce and herbs. The ad still ad still has prime rib as part of the buffet which is only available now from the regular menu. The desserts were good but a label would have been nice. Even our waiter had to ask what the bread pudding was. Staff was great, buffet was disappointing

With the majority of the restaurant empty it was an hour between ordering and receiving our food. Some of our food was very good and some not so good.

Crab Bisque had excellent flavor, however it was served only warm instead of hot. The Bisque would have been rounded out better with oyster crackers instead of Ritz crackers. The Miso Shrimp dinner was flavorful, but not worth the price for the amount of food provided. Prime rib was served exactly as ordered (well) and the flavor was good, but the side of braised spinach with parmesan cheese was served only warmed up and not hot. There were only 2 other couples in the restaurant at the time we were eating, so it was not like they were too busy to prepare our food to the expected temperature before it was brought to the table. Serving food at the proper temperature has a bearing on the flavor of the meal and customer satisfaction.

Restaurant was very nice. Waiter was a sweetheart! Food was yummy ! Huge portions too! Price matches going rates.

Restaurant staff was lovely. They accommodated all of our needs including allergy’s . Food was not quite to our liking but not bad.

Very disappointed. Booked a reservation since it was valentines. It was the last restaurant on opentable that had available reservations. And now I know why. We arrived early and there were just a few tables seated. Instead of seating us right away, they made us wait till exactly 7 to be seated. Despite over 20 empty tables. They sat us in an empty room off of the main dining room. With little music or atmosphere. I don’t understand why they even sat us in that room. The main dining room certainly wasn’t full and so it was just weird being in there by ourselves. The server took 5 minutes to greet us. Then another 5 to bring back a lemonade and coke. We ordered 3 entrees between 2 of us since we couldn’t decide. We also ordered a cheese plate as an appetizer. The cheese plate came out first. And I looked like something my grandmother threw together in 1 minute. No jam, mustard, dipping jelly, honey, hummus, like Nothing. Just cheese and grapes on a plate and the plate looked like it came from grandmas house. For $14 Then about a half hour later our entrees came out. (And we were completely bored at this point) We ordered crab cakes, and 2 rib eyes. Medium RARE. The 2 steaks both came out cold, well-done and unseasoned. I sent mine back because I’m not paying $42 for a well-done, cold rib eye. It wasn’t seasoned at all. Not even salt. And was super thin for a rib eye. I was glad I had crab cakes to eat. My Valentine just made fun of the food, complained the whole time, but ate it cuz he was hungry and tired and generally too shy to send it back. I’m not. Clearly. The crab cakes were average. Ok. Not bad. They again were lacking any flavor or seasoning. Everything generally was just extremely bland. Like how I would imagine someone cooking for an old folks home. After another 20 minutes, the steak comes out. It looks much better than before. It was cooked properly but lacked any flavor or seasoning on the entire plate. Not one morsel of salt or pepper.
