Ash is a modern Italian-inspired restaurant located in the Water Street District of Tampa, FL. Its menu is constantly evolving, and its beverage program is eclectic. Ash is a perfect place for diners who want to be delighted by new flavors and expect attention to service.

We are open every evening for dinner (5 pm-11 pm).

Ash is a cashless restaurant. All major credit cards will be accepted as payment. We thank you for your support and patronage!

                                                      This was our first dining experience at Ash and will not be our last! It was our anniversary and the entire staff made us feel very special. The food, especially the grilled artichokes, was delicious. The desserts were beyond ecxpectations. Service was excellent; overall a wonderful evening!

                                                      As a vegetarian, there were options but the dishes didn’t stick out. The portion sizes were small and the focaccia didn’t feel like focaccia. If you’re looking for better food for your buck, try somewhere else. Everything is overly sweet here and parts of the dishes don’t seem to go well together at all. Ambience is nice, better during the daylight. Ash is a place just for the drinks, not exactly it’s food.

                                                      We celebrated our anniversary and everyone went out of their way to make it a memorable evening. Excellent food and an outstanding wine recommendation.

                                                      The service and food was absolutely amazing. The staff was so welcoming and it felt like a second family for that little bit of time. We cannot wait to come back. Food is great, drinks were perfect. We loved our experience there!

                                                      The food was excellent, everything was cooked to perfection. Thee panacota was incredible and although the cocktail that i like it is not on their menu they prepared it and it was amazing. have to say that the only thing i would have expected they have was heat lanterns more so when it was 45 degrees outside and we had patio reservations; they did have blankets but still was cold and kind of put a damp to the overall experience. Will try again

                                                      Overall the experience wine selections and food quality is excellent. The style is explained by the staff as shareable, but the portions are small. Share if you want one bite. No salads and the cocktail menu is pricey even for Water street. I would return if they changed their portions.

                                                      We had high expectations after having dined at a sister restaurant (Rooster &the Till), and Ash exceeded our expectations. The rabbit and artichoke hearts were so wonderfully flavorful. A great night out.

                                                      Save yourself and go to Rocca. Similar prices at Ash, but much less value and service. 10/10 do not recommend. Espresso martini tasted watered down, raviolo was quite frankly just bad - portion was tiny, flavor was bland, and temperature was barely lukewarm. When we let the server know our thoughts on the raviolo she simply said "did you want to finish it or are you done?". Only compliment I can give is that the two ladies at the host stand were lovely. Otherwise, unimpressed and disappointed.
