Good jazz live music but the cocktails selection and taste are fair only. The staff seems to be quite overwhelmed (was discussing quite loudly and for a while at the counter on something).

Eugenia and Chris’s performance made up for the experience to be honest. Service was good, but the food service was slow and way over-priced. The jazz performance by the duo was relaxing and professional, and that was what mattered to wind down our Friday night.

We went on a Saturday night where there was a live Jazz duo performing. Ambience is super relaxing and intimate. Perfect for date night or small group gathering. Didn't get to try the food but cocktails were great.

Due to some unforeseeable circumstances, I was going to be late for my reservation at 9.00pm, so I called up the bar to inform them in case they cancel my reservation. Unfortunately, the bar did not pickup. The call was diverted to the hotel staff. The hotel staff informed me that the bar staff would return my call but did not. So my guest and I had to rush like crazy. It would be very much appreciated if the bar staff could return my call so we would not need to rush. Hope the bar could improve on the customer service part.

Nice ambience and service, good to relax there. When seated, you are served 2 bowls of snacks (peanuts and some stick crackers). Wagyu burger duo is nice though abit dry. However one may find the cheese platter not worth the value of $32, it's 5 very tiny pieces of cheese with little sides condiments (eg. very few cracker, little nuts/dried fruits/veg) as compared to other similar level restaurants/bar. (see the pic). Good variety of wine and small bites. Dont mind trying others if i come by next time

Food was lukewarm when it came...took a while to arrive. Peanuts served with drinks were very ordinary...for a cocktail bar serving drinks over $20 each felt the snacks could have been better. For older folk like me maneurvering the menu online on my phone was challenging. wish there was just a regular menu for ease of ordering..

Management with bookings great, super helpful. Service staff on the floor not very friendly or helpful and tried to rush the whole table for no reason. The desert chefs were very good tho. Disappointing not because bad - but because didn’t meet St regis expectations.
