There should be accommodations for different meal plans (keto, carnivore) or be able to buy a la cart. We were charged whole price for a dinner we didn’t get any sides to. No price difference.

The food was good too, just wish the sides were a little larger! They had a nice preset menu for Valentines Day in which you could get two entrees, two salads or soup, a dessert and a bottle of sparking wine for a set price. We took advantage of that! The steak did have a bit of a char, which I appreciated a grilled steak, but this crisp overpowered the flavor of the steak a bit at times. The host left us standing at the front door for a few minutes; would have been nice to at least be acknowledged and welcomed. She was busy setting tables and came back and forth a couple times before we were acknowledged and sat. The server was great! Plus they gave us a free rose for Valentines Day which was a unique, unexpected touch!

My wife and I left having enjoyed a wonderful meal and cocktails. Food and service were both top notch. Never felt rushed and everything came out exactly as ordered. Highly recommend the Calamari appetizer. I believe whatever tastes you may desire that Auburn City Steakhouse will more than meet and exceed your expectations.
