First time here and what a pleasant surprise! Our waiter was fantastic, friendly but not to much. We ordered the caviar which was presented beautifully. We had the chopped sales , it was excellent with a great dressing not overpowering but went exceptionally well with the chopped salad. I had the wagu and my business associate had the half chicken both outstanding. Great wine list . Hope the quality and service stays as it is now Great experience!

Has the potential to be as good as their other concepts but only opened for just over a week. Hopefully they get their service act together quickly. Aside from the food and beverages which were good my only major complaint is the color palette of the interior. Don’t know how much they paid the interior designer but if you want to be surrounded with drab grey and black and nothing else then this is your place. It has no life in that environment!! An awful choice in color decor.

Food was really great. The mushroom tart was killer. However the service was rough. We ordered drinks right away and it took forever to come out. Our food started arriving before the drinks and our server really didn’t check in with us, so I had to flag her down to ask about them. Then more food showed up and we needed something, still not check in from the server and again had to flag her down. Then we waited maybe 20 minutes to be able to pay, I had to get up and ask the folks at the host stand if we could pay. Hope the service gets better because the food was good

It was our first time at Augustine and we had a wonderful time! The service & ambiance was amazing. The food and drinks were tasty! We'll definitely be coming back.

On the plus side, the space is beautiful and the food is very creative, and our server was excellent. That said, a few areas for improvement: 1) I’m not a fan of the trend of restaurants serving Martinis in cordial glasses, especially not at $21. There are too many other options nearby for drinks to think that this is acceptable. 2) In a fine dining establishment, people who bus the tables should be taught not to clear plates until both parties are done with a course. It makes the meal feel rushed when one person is sitting there with nothing in front of them while the other is eating. 3) The menu is slightly confusing in that it’s hard to tell what is an appetizer portion versus an entree without having to ask. Il sure some of this will shake out as the restaurant moves forward and I’m glad to have yet another option at Santana Row.

Great customer service from the moment we walked in. Beautiful ambiance with the huge bar is a plus and food was delish. Huge wine selections. Graham the wine expert helped us in choosing a really nice bottle of wine to our similar taste as the wine menu we are not familiar with of some of the names. Thank you Gram for your great service! We ordered the Oysters. My husband had the wagu steak and skinny fries . I had the duck. My husband loves donuts so we ordered cruller for desserts was amazing. We order one to home for breakfast . Thank you Augustine for a wonderful dinner night out. We hope to be back again .
