                                    We had a great time. The place is beautiful, environment lively. We often had to flag down servers for an order or bill, but they were kind and friendly when they were there. Highly recommend.

                                    Great venue! Really enjoyed the spicy guacamole and opposite attract alcoholic beverage. 10/10 would recommend and revisit.

                                    We're from Asheville and fled after Helene to find a sense of normalcy. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was remarkable. I wish I had caught the hostess's name, but she was incredibly attentive to the notes I left when booking, as I was worried we might be underdressed for the rooftop bar. She not only reassured me but also kindly acknowledged the recent loss in our community, which meant a lot to us. Without being asked, she seated us at the very edge of the rooftop—such a thoughtful gesture. Our server, Sean Thanles, was equally kind and attentive, making the entire experience even more memorable. I can't thank the staff enough for their warmth and professionalism. It’s a visit I’ll remember, and I look forward to returning soon.

                                    Great experience, maybe we'll come back when its not so hot, but other than that really fine establishment the staff very professional and respectful. Definitely something to rave about. thank you for the awesome service.

                                    Aura is a nice rooftop with good ambience. The food and service left much to be desired particularly due the prices. I ordered the spicy guacamole, chicken satay, burnt end lollipops, spicy lettuce cups, and brisket sliders. The guacamole, chicken, and sliders were very good. The lettuce cups had to be sent back and the bbq lollipops were 5 skewers of pure fat dipped in sauce. Aside from the food deliveries to our table, we weren’t asked about any additional food or drink orders. We were left pretty undisputed which is fine accept for when you want to order another drink or get refills on water. I’m not inclined to go back to Aura.

                                    The view and ambience is amazing. However the food is okay, drinks are very expensive and service is horrible. My friend was in from NY and I wanted to go somewhere cool. But it’s definitely a one and done. By the way, you should never have to get up from the table and ask for your check.

                                    Nice space. Food & drinks we were able to get were good but the service was not. Server seemed unhappy to serve us and did not return to ask if we wanted additional food or drinks (which we did). Very disappointing!
