Welcome to Aurum Food & Wine Aspen Snowmass! We're honored to be a part of the Aspen and Snowmass Base Village communities. We're excited to share our brand of enlightened hospitality, offering a classic take on Seasonal New American Cuisine. Located slope-side on Carriage Way, this elegantly casual space features a luxurious lounge, intimate indoor dining, an outdoor patio with two large fire pits, and a private dining room for parties of up to 16 guests.

                                                          We always have a spectacular time with the friendliest staff & an best friends along with your amazing dishes our favorites are the cauliflower & Brussel sprouts the guys went for the burgers… Ladies hd Moroccan style chicken and filets

                                                          Party of 5 and everyone loved their meal. Not only was the food delicious but the service was top notch. Not something you find often these days let alone in a ski town.

                                                          Went here to celebrate my dad’s birthday and staff went above and beyond. Really great service and food was delicious. Classic cocktails and great beverage specials.

                                                          We had the pleasure of visiting Aurum twice during our ski week in Snowmass. The menu is unique and the food was well presented and delicious. After dinner drinks in front of the fireplace was a great opportunity to enjoy friends we met for dinner. Thanks to Maiti, Lucas, Rayhan (sp?), Katerina (sp?) and Quani, who made our vacation very special. These young people deserve to be recognized for their true hospitality. What a great experience!
