We were sat right next to the door and the windows on a night when it was 15 degrees. It was freezing! We asked to be moved to another booth and were told that another booth was not available. However, when I got up to go to the bathroom I noticed there were 3 booths in the back that were open. One of them was open the entire time we were there and still open when we left.

Martini and my Buffalo Burger were good. My wife’s New York Strip looked like a sirloin and was tough. Service was good….just the steak not so much.

This was my first time to the Greeley location. It’s a beautiful building but the interior lighting is a bit excessive, some thought should be given to dimming things down a bit. The food and service were both excellent!

A lovely restaurant to celebrate Christmas Eve dinner with my Mom. We enjoyed our meal in a calm atmosphere with great service.

I ordered the prime rib and it was cold and the baked potato was over baked. They have taken some favorite things off the menu which is unfortunate.

Still one of the best meals we get at a restaurant-love both the roast chicken and prime rib (a teeny bit dry this time, but still worth the drive), and always the cold slaw. But the music was awfully loud, and it seems every table or booth is under a speaker. Please just turn it down a little, please? I come to eat and converse, not cringe under the soundtrack.

Made reservations for lunch on a Monday. It was busy, but not too crowded which was nice for conversation. Our servers were very attentive and food was served quickly. Had two Bison burgers and a French Dip sandwich. The two that ate the Bison burgers thought it was the BEST hamburger they have ever had. Impressive and we will return.

Service was below expectations. Shouldn't have to ask to have water refilled. Server disappeared at the end. Brought out salads and said the meals were already ready and asked if it was OK to bring them, too. That is unacceptable. Bring salads and time food preparation to give time for salads to be eaten. The rotisserie chicken white meat was incredibly dry. We are used to the Austins in Fort Collins and recently moved to Windsor. Will only go to Austin's in Fort Collins from now on.

We had a very nice brunch. Two of us had breakfast and one had lunch. Breakfast potatoes and eggs were a little over done, but the Salmon looked amazing and the person who ordered it enjoyed it very much. Service was excellent and we will be back.

Date night with my wife, made reservations for 6:15 we went to a concert after eating. Arrive at Austin’s, no one at hostess desk, waited quit awhile to have any one show up to seat us. We asked what was going on and were told several people did not show up. Set in booths in the bar, long wait to get any one to help us ordered drinks, asked for water which finely showed up, ordered food.again long wait before food arrived. We made it to concert with about 5 minutes to spare. It was not the relaxing date night we were hoping for. It was an experience that will be remembered.
