   My experience at this Avenida has always been 10000/10! I love it here and food/service is exceptional! Love the staff, food and quality of service. If you’re debating whether to try this place out, don’t! :) just go! Trust me you won’t regret it. See yall soon!

   Fabulous dinner!!! The sides and the salad bar was so delicious that I almost didn’t have room for the meats. Service was spectacular, and the meat what can I say , I loved it!! They were perfectly cooked and the flavor was out of this world!!! Definitely 5 stars!!

   Usually, service is great, but tonight was not. When we first arrived, it wasn't busy at all. I had to ask twice to have meat brought to us as we were being passed over even though we had green side up. The food was great when we received it. Our dessert was forgotten about, and when we received, it was more room temperature, which doesn't do well with cheesecake. Waited a bit for check and paid cash. Restaurant had added a fair tip automatically due to the Valentine's event, and we were due change, but after over 20 minutes of not receiving change, we went up front and asked for it. They claimed we weren't at the table when they brought it, but we had been there the entire time. Overall, from sit down to leaving was a little over 2 hours due to all the delays. Off our dare nite places for a while.

While we're glad the food hit the right notes, the delays and oversights are not our usual samba. From the forgotten dessert to the confusion with your change - these mistakes are as sour as a caipirinha without sugar.     Yesterday we celebrated my husband’s birthday and it was a beautiful evening. The restaurant was dimly lit and the customer service was outstanding. The food was beyond amazing and we are going back.
