Azúcar, located in La Serena Villas, is dedicated to excellence. We serve modern contemporary cuisine to a 21 and over only crowd, focusing on flavor and utilizing high quality and local ingredients. In Downtown Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, our buzzy rooftop boasts some of the best views in the desert. Come share a toast over our popular Blood Orange Margaritas and stay for a meal that's as fabulous as Palm Springs itself.

Azúcar offers indoor, outdoor, poolside, and Weekend Rooftop Brunch . Reservations are strongly recommended, and while we will do our best to seat you in your requested section, we cannot guarantee it as it's based on availability.

We booked this for a New Year’s Eve dinner. When we book through OpenTable, it didn’t say that there was any dinner special, which is why we reserved it because their menu looked really good. Once we arrive, they told us the only option that night was $150 per person dinner. At this point it was 8:30 PM on New Year’s Eve so it would be nearly impossible to go sit down somewhere nice and have a good dinner at that time . They sold us on “dinner and a show “ which is what made it worth it to us. The show I kid you not was a minute and 30 second synchronized swimming performance and that was it. They sold it to us like it was a full dinner show. Was not worth the price at all and honestly wish we could get some money back because some of our food came out cold. For that price it should be top notch. Not happy overall

The Fyre festival of New Year’s Eve dinners. Food was inedible and cold. The “lasagna” was a pile of flavorless stir fry. The lobster bisque was a lumpy orange pudding. The ceviche was a dollop the size of a quarter. Every plate was worse than the last. Oftentimes cold. Was it their first time cooking food? Their first time serving a meal? We sat in pitch black. The service was oddly neglectful and slow. Our waiter quit and left halfway through dinner. Our party of 7 joked all night about how wildly bad everyone’s food and the general experience was. We were looking forward to the “synchronized swimming” which turned out to be three swimmers performing for under two minutes. 0 out of 5 stars. Maybe even -2 out of five

Could have been awesome was just average. Great concept and ambienace. Food quality and service a miss.

Food was not good unfortunately…the $45 scallops and the French fries came out cold and I am a tuna tar tar lover and have never not enjoyed one so much I didn’t eat it. Our service was amazing and we are too shy to send anything back so I am not sure how they would have handled it if we let them know but we also heard the table next to us say their food was cold

Great restaurant for a pool side brunch on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The food was delicious and portions were perfect. The fries are to die for. A can’t miss occasion.

Food was awful and overpriced. They started closing up the restaurant while we were still eating… sweeping, mopping, putting chairs up. And it was 8pm…. On a Saturday. Service was below par. $30 for a salad that looked like it came right out of a Trader Joe’s pre-packaged salad kit.

Menu isn’t vegetarian friendly. Only thing without meat is guacamole or a potato. Surprising in today’s climate.

Hi There, We do offer a variety of meatless options on our both our brunch and dinner menus. The Veggie Stuffed Pablano is a favorite amongst our regulars and all of our salads and sides are vegetarian friendly. We have delicious braised Jackfruit Tacos on our lunch menu as well. I'm sorry you didn't see anything this time around that appealed to you. If you'd ever like to come back, feel free to message us directly or leave notes in your reservation about your dietary needs, and we'll work with the kitchen so find an option that suits you. Wonderful rooftop bar. It was cozy and quiet—a nice way to relax. Drinks and dessert were delicious. We plan on returning to try more items on the menu.
