It was late on Easter Sunday, and we knew our options would be limited, so we made sure to book somewhere showing availability. We took an Uber and when we arrived saw very few tables full. We were advised that they weren't serving dinner, but we could have drinks or dessert. Well, we didn't go through the trouble to book just for dessert! I asked them to cancel the reservation on Open Table, and they agreed. As we got in an Uber to go elsewhere, I discovered they DIDN'T cancel the reservation... which meant I couldn't book anywhere else. Fortunately, the next restaurant was very accommodating. So kudos to Bluebird. And Azzurra, you need to get your act together.

Way too loud to talk to have a group conversation among 3-4 people and clearly aiming for the crowd who need a three-way mirror in the toilets. They didn’t have everything that was on the food or wine menus, which is fine and hopefully a sign of them just being busy. My appetizer didn’t have much flavor and pasta wasn’t particularly warm. My boyfriend didn’t love his meal either (rubbery octopus). Dessert was good though. And I like the decor.

The food was okay, I’d say, but felt it certainly was overpriced. The starters were great, but the oven roasted halibut seemed dry. Ambience of the restaurant was nice, and service was fine too. Would we go again… not sure as London offers a lot of choice.

The pizzas always were the main draw as the fish is distinctly second rate. They have now discontinued the large pizzas in favour of “pizzettas” which are small but expensive: £18 each!! We had 5 and they are excellent but overall not worth the money and won’t be going back.

We had a very nice dinner, the food was great and the service excellent. The restaurant interior is beautiful. The prices are a bit high compared to similar places.

My partner and his family went there because I had to travel and so I booked this restaurant on the premise of their amazing instagram photos and reviews on Google but alas all HYPE and they were rushed out (it was his birthday can you believe) and prices exorbitant, small portions and bad service. I saw an Italian couple also made a similar review to mine on google too! what a shame

Lovely, attentive and polite staff. They really are a credit to this restaurant. Food unremarkable and incredibly over priced. Lovely setting but it’s style over substance I’m afraid.
