Server was wonderful! JC. But we definitely thought we were there for the holiday reservation… instead, there must have been a mix up. My reservation got moved from 6pm to 4pm, and was told it was due to a private event. So it was empty. Our food came in to- go containers, and the options were bar food. There were no appetizers to share with the table. The drinks were not good.

Very festive for the holidays. The food was good but not what we expected. They changed their menu for the holiday so what is listed online was not what was available to order. The service was good and very attentive. The music was really loud and someone kept changing the music mid songs, going from holiday to pop. Those bringing small children beware because they played very explicit lyrics to mainstream songs and there was a lot of f bombs that seems completely inappropriate. The French onion soup was ok, the sliders you get two McDonald’s size cheeseburgers, and the fries were tiny and greasy. The fried chicken was probably the best thing we ate. I got the buddy the elf drink and did not taste much alcohol. I don’t think it was worth the $20. If you want to go to a restaurant that looks like Christmas exploded, this is your place.

This place was decorated beautifully for Christmas! Like from a movie! Food was wonderful. My sister in law is Vegan and they accommodated easily. Our server was attentive and everything came out in an appropriate amount of time.

If you want Christmas bling, go, the decor was fabulous but unless you order a burger the food was not good. Service was slow. Christmas music was way too loud

First time at Bacall’s - low expectations as theater district dining is notoriously mediocre. Food was outstanding - everything coming out of the kitchen looked great - and was delicious. Drink service a little slow, but our server recovered with plenty of time pre-theater. Christmas decor over-the-top, but perhaps that’s the grinch in me. We will go back for sure!
