Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.

To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language. Any guest denied entry due to our dress code can be accommodated immediately or in the future after adhering to our attire guidelines.

So, this is a review of two dining experiences- Friday night and Sunday night. Amazing. We made the second reservation after the first dinner. Best octopus I have ever had. Approachable cocktails, bright piquant flavors, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. Chef Mike and team, bravo! You made our weekend getaway by surprising us with an incredible dining experience.

Very delicious dishes! Amazing and friendly wait stuff who were very knowledgeable of the menu! 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for that Carne Asada!!

All of our food was phenomenal. Service was slow. We had to flag down food runners, and other servers throughout the night.

We wanted to come for well over a year. We live beachside. Attended with our good friends and everyone enjoyed, bread service, scallops, pork chop, chicken, short rib and I had the crispy snapper. Cocktails on point, smoked old fashioned. Sweet and spicy chocolate cake was really uniquely tasty! Was great service and ambiance. Can't wait to come back.

Jay was my server and everything was amazing from start to finish. All the recommendations were perfect for my guest and I, food is out of the world, presentation was beautiful but most importantly the flavor. Try the hamachi, the snapper and the filet. The manager on shift was great too. Super attentive and helped guide us through the experience as well. I recommend this restaurant to all, friends just exploring and trying new food, couples looking for a nice dinner, business meetings. Its amazing! 10/10
