Drinks were very hit and miss. Mixed drinks were very watery and bland. Service was just ok. Confused a out being a tapas style restaurant. The majority of the dishes are larger dinner portions so it is difficult to try multiple dishes, which would have been nice. If you are a large party, i am sure it is fine but for 2 people, it is a lot of wasted food if you want a tapas experience. Location and atmosphere sells this place, wine list is good, but the food is a little bland and confusing. The drinks are average at best, and the service is just adequate. Would probably not return unless it was just wine on the patio.

Food was excellent, service fun, value very good. We really enjoyed everything. Bacaro remains our favorite restaurant on the Island.

The meal was arguably the best we have ever had. The snapper slider was phenomenal and the tuna belly and tagliolini with lobster were at the top of our list, too. We also had the lamb meatballs, gorgonzola and potato croquettes, and lobster bites; they did not disappoint either!! The food was so incredible that we have considered canceling our reservations at other restaurants to go back to Bacaro.

We dine very often at Bacaro and have been doing it for many years and it is always consistent. Fantastic service and delicious food. We love their concept of tapas so there is chance to enjoy many different flavors.

We sat at the patio overlooking the water. The food was outstanding but make sure you keep room for desserts as each of the three that we had was out of this world.
