    Join us for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration - The Bacchus Ball. All guests will be treated to a complimentary The Dalmore cocktail in our exclusive cocktail lounge prior to dinner, before indulging in an exquisite menu for the senses, accompanied by live opera performances, electro-classical violin and a DJ late into the evening. Bookings from 8.30pm to guarantee a midnight moment at the ball. Terms: Minimum spend of £350pp is applicable, with full pre-payment required upon booking.     Location da sogno! Il posto bellissimo, peccato per il cibo. In una location del genere ti aspetti di pagare un certo tipo di conto, peccato che il cibo non sia all’altezza. I ragazzi in sala cercano di fare il possibile per garantire un bel servizio, ma i tavoli sono così vicini tra loro che fanno fatica a muoversi e a fare le loro performance. Tutti i piatti vengono portarti su un gueridon, e da lì spiegati al tavolo. Tuttavia, proprio per la mancanza di spazio, non possiamo apprezzarle completamente: le spiegazioni sono fatte alle nostre spalle e velocemente perché c’è fretta di liberare il corridoio per far passare gli altri camerieri o le persone. Tra l’altro portare sul gueridon cibo da scatoletta non lo rende meno brutto: i sottaceti incontentabili! Insomma ti promettono cibo italiano, ma di italiana c’è solo la playlist musicale, quello sicuramente piacevole. Lo sconsiglio.

    Waited 50 minutes to get our table for our 1900 reservation. Service was lackluster at the bar and table. Main courses were very good. Dessert was a pineapple creme brulee and had the texture of scrambled eggs.

    Lovely staff and a great location. It was cold inside and the Main course was very poor. Box ticked but will not return.

    Sunday Opera brunch..Not pleased.. Place looks very nice, similar to the pics. The staff were extremely unprofessional (apart from the Scottish sommelier who was fantastic and willing to help us). Generally they do not know how to properly manage and run the place!!! Long waiting times to hang a coat and enter, angry customers waiting in the queue. Not proper welcoming of customers.. There is a whole bad atmosphere that I don’t understand… It’s obvious that the staff do not like each other but staff politics affect the customers who pay serious money for the experience! Long waiting times to order, long waiting times for food to arrive.. Food was less than basic. The Opera singer sings for exactly TWO minutes, then takes an hour break (joke)… drinks arrived after the food. Too pricey for what it is, massive service charge!!! I never take time off my schedule ti write a review but this was definitely needed. Not going back ever again.

    Gorgeous venue and food; however, upon arrival the front of house staff member who checked us in was incredibly rude. I was told my reservation wasn’t found and despite showing my open table app , the confirmation text and emails to prove I had a reservation the host told me it wasn’t there and questioned if I’d booked the right date. I was stood at the front for aprrox 5-10 minutes before they decided to say they will seat us. This was whilst 3 other members of staff stood there watching us. I felt really uncomfortable and was contemplating leaving due to this poor service. Once we were sat down the food was lovely and the waitress was very polite. Overall, I’d be mindful of returning due to unwarm welcome at front.

    The ambiance and decor of this place are excpetional really unlike anywhere else. The food and drinks are all right the beef carpaccio and smoked tarama were the best things we had. The truffle tagliatelle was a bit lacking in sauce and the ribeye souvla was all right. Dessert was great and if you have a chance to sit at the Apollo room it is quite special.

    Undeniably amazing. The setup was fantastic. The vibes were astonishing. The lobster pasta was phenomenal. The greek salad was amazing. The drink options were unparalleled. However, the star of the show was the Medusa Cake. 5 out of 5
