Location da sogno! Il posto bellissimo, peccato per il cibo. In una location del genere ti aspetti di pagare un certo tipo di conto, peccato che il cibo non sia all’altezza. I ragazzi in sala cercano di fare il possibile per garantire un bel servizio, ma i tavoli sono così vicini tra loro che fanno fatica a muoversi e a fare le loro performance. Tutti i piatti vengono portarti su un gueridon, e da lì spiegati al tavolo. Tuttavia, proprio per la mancanza di spazio, non possiamo apprezzarle completamente: le spiegazioni sono fatte alle nostre spalle e velocemente perché c’è fretta di liberare il corridoio per far passare gli altri camerieri o le persone. Tra l’altro portare sul gueridon cibo da scatoletta non lo rende meno brutto: i sottaceti incontentabili! Insomma ti promettono cibo italiano, ma di italiana c’è solo la playlist musicale, quello sicuramente piacevole. Lo sconsiglio.

Magical place, everything was perfect. Ideal place for anniversary. Food was immaculate. Luca was vey attentive, accommodating and recommended excellent options

Unfortunately the place has gone further down hill I went there in beginning food was ok when first open. Every time I went went more downhill and last experience was an ending for me. Food was below average service was rushed and haphazardly with no refinement. Think they are busy cause the hype and experience but hope they turn the food and service around otherwise be a shame.

Unfortunately, the end of the meal was rushed. The 2 in total coats brought to the table , which was not necessary and thrown on to my guests lap And mine I had to ask for assistance. Purely because they wanted to rush us out for the next customers. What should have happened was to ask us if we wanted to move to the bar. Which would have been well received as up until that point it’s was a very good experience. My guest did not appreciate coats thrown on her as it was busy in the cloak room and they wanted out table. I will be coming back as I have numerous times as a clients guest. However pls £550 + bill or £40 bill deserves continuity of customer service beginning middle and most importantly the end.

Our first visit to this awesome restaurant. From the moment we entered we were made most welcome. Our server Alpha was very helpful with our choices and explained the menu perfectly. The meatballs to start were just delicious. Both our main courses were exceptional and a good size portion. Will definitely be back.
